A system to generate torus figures that is a subclass of multibar figures is proposed based on graph theory. It is able to generate a torus figure only from n+3 inputs for an arbitrary n-bar torus type possible or impossible figure. It is shown that some impossible figures are determined only by two initial inputs, and other impossible figures are generated by constructing alternating knots or knots in the knot table with a small number of bars that is achieved by the presented inequality. The proposed system aims a basic tool for experiments on visual psychology and further devel-opment of intelligent vision systems.
