The deformation and breakup of a droplet in two phase shear flow are simulated by the finite difference lattice Boltzmann method (FDLBM). The fine particle formation process in a medialess nanodisperser using ultrathin film and high shear is investigated. As a result, the critical Capillary number <I>Cac</I>, is found under a constant Reynolds number, <I>Re</I>. The necessary condition for the creation of fine particles by the disperser is <I>Ca</I>><I>Cac</I>. Based on the <I>Cac</I>, the atomization ability of the disperser is discussed. Simulation results demonstrate that the disperser can be used to form nanoparticles.
