概要

• ボイラ過熱器管などの製作では、定尺管の下向きＴＩＧの突合せ溶接を行ない長尺管を製作する。この長尺化溶接施工についてロボットを用いた自動化システムを開発した。本システムでは、チューブの搬入から突合せ、ロボットによる溶接・電極交換、チューブ搬出までを自動化し、無監視化を実現した。
