概要

• 全人工股関節置換術（THA）後患者における術側股関節外転筋に対して，関節運動における「筋の逆作用」を利用した筋再教育を試みた。結果は，即時的効果を認めただけでなく，3日間におよび効果が持続した。今回用いた筋再教育法は，筋力低下が軽度な症例については有用であることが示唆された。
