皮質基底核変性症患者への運動療法

概要

皮質基底核変性症（CBD）一症例に対して4週間の運動療法を経験した。パーキンソニズム，左上肢優位の肢節運動失行，Gegenhaltenを示すケースであった。開始時立位・歩行重介助レベルであったが，治療後軽介助歩行が可能となった。治療は手の識別能力改善から進め，立位・歩行バランスの促通へ展開した。この経過およびCBD患者の姿勢コントロールについての一考察を報告する。
