左半側無視症例の姿勢アライメントへのアプローチ

概要

リハビリテーション治療において，左半側空間無視症状をもつ症例はADL場面で大きな阻害因子となることは，広く知られている。本症例報告は感情失禁，注意障害等の精神症状をもち，発症より3ヶ月以上を経過した重度左半側空間無視と体幹機能障害を呈する患者である。主として姿勢アライメントの向上を目標とし，左側からの刺激入力として重力を用いた理学療法を報告する。
