Histological specimens of the tissue of a red-spotted grouper <I>Epinephelus akaara</I> infected by <I>Lernaeenicus ramosus</I> were observed. The muscle of the host was inflammated around the intruding head horn of the parasite, resulting in granuloma. Another host,parasitized by three copepods on the dorsal trunk, recovered spontaneously in captivity over a period of six months without any treatment.
