The purpose of this study is to clarify the organizational and business aspect in the activities of the residential organization and its actual growing relationship with different organizations in Munhwa-dong. In the organization aspect, in order for the autonomous activities of the Residents autonomous committee to become stronger the accepted proposed project was carried on. To achieve the objective, the growth of the relationship and the participation and the point of view of the different organizations and partnerships became a main factor.In the business aspect, in order to make progress agreement of the participation of the diverse organizations offered solving points about the area, the regulations and financial problems.
