頚部膿ようを初発とする声門上癌の１例

膿瘍を初発とする頭頸部癌は極めて稀である。われわれは膿瘍を初発症状とした声門上喉頭癌の1例を報告する。われわれは悪性腫瘍の存在に気づかず，3週間も深頸部膿瘍として治療を続けていた。正しい診断がなされてから，術前化学療法，遊離皮弁を使った根治手術，術後放射線療法を施行したが，遠隔転移をきたした。膿瘍を扱う際に，病因が明らかでなければ，悪性腫瘍の存在を疑うべきことを強調したい。
