Angiogenesis are usually observed in tumor growth. While the blood vessels supply nutrition to proliferate cancer cells, tumor cells activate blood vessels network forming simultaneously. Thus they grow by interacting each other. As imaging of tumor capillaries proliferation are difficult to observe, we investigate to clarify the phenomenon using numerical simulation. In our study, a three-dimensional particle model is introduced to simulate the growth of cancer cells and angiogenesis, and to analyze the relationship between them. The analysis confirmed the growth of the tumor vascular network formed with the growth of cancer cells. Adding the assumptions on the effect of the tumor internal pressure, our study showed that angiogenesis increase near the tumor surface and reduce in tumor center.
