骨盤内手術後に発生した大腿神経麻痺の２症例

今回，骨盤内手術後に大腿神経麻痺を生じた2症例を経験したので報告する．2症例とも硬膜外麻酔併用全身麻酔で施行した．大腿神経麻痺の原因として，硬膜外麻酔による可能性も否定できないが，開創鉤，または術中体位による神経の圧迫，進展が最も考えられた．骨盤内手術後の大腿神経麻痺の発生頻度は比較的高く，開創鉤による過度の圧迫や長時間無理な体位をとることは大腿神経麻痺を生じる可能性があることを医療従事者全員が十分認識し，予防に取り組むことが必要である．
