経食道心エコー法で得られる左室壁のｉｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄ ｂａｃｋｓｃａｔｔｅｒ （ＩＢ） 信号はストレインと関連する

経食道心エコー法を用いてオフポンプ冠動脈バイパス術中に左室壁のintegrated backscatter (IB) 信号と局所心機能の関係を調べた. 局所心機能の指標には2D tissue tracking法で求めた収縮期ピークストレイン値を使用した. IB信号が正常なセグメントでは平均収縮期ピークストレイン値が有意に高かった. また, 術前akinesisおよびsevere hypokinesisを示すセグメントでは, IB信号が正常であれば術後にストレイン値が改善し, 異常であれば改善しなかった. IB信号の解析により, 局所心機能と心筋のviabilityを評価できる可能性が示唆された.
