The ratio of boys to girls was 1: 1. Of all the cases, 132 were benign tumor cases and 12 were malignant tumor cases. 60 tumors were shown in the soft tissue and 72 tumors in the jaw bone. The most common tumors were hemangioma in the soft tissue and odontoma of the jaw bone. There were 6 cases of malignant lymphoma which accounted for 50% of all the malignant tumor cases in this study. The most common tumor site in soft tissue was the tongue followed by the lip and buccal mucous membrane and that of the jaw bone was the mandible. The 6-11 years old group was common ; numerous jaw tumors were found at the age of at least 6 years. Lymphoangioma was the most frequent tumor in all the age groups. Enucleation was mainly performed for the benign tumor and surgical therapy was performed for the malignant tumor. In general, the prognosis of the cases of children with tumors was good, however, 4 of 6 patients with malignant lymphoma died.
