Horizontal root fracture of tooth can occur in traumatic incidents such as traffic accidents, sports accident, overturning or falling down, and usually occurs in the middle third of the root of upper anterior teeth in young men.<BR>To date, such fractured teeth have been extracted because of their hopless prognosis.<BR>In this paper clinical impression of endodontic endosseous implants applied to fracture teeth in the middle third of the root are reported. A 1-2 year follow-up showed asymptomatic teeth
