We research C-H2O nuclear fragment interaction to obtain the basic data for the cancer treatment with heavy particle beam. A purpose of this study is to identify the particles formed on the nuclear fragment interaction using the OPERA film and gold deposition development. Because the gold deposition development decreased the Grain density (GD), Li, Be, B, C track revealed a difference of GD. The GD correlated to the ionization loss (dE/dx) which data was useful for the particle identification. Therefore, we concluded that this technique is very useful for particle identification.
