Recently, FPD is often used in clinical. This time, the presampling MTFs were measured and compared by the slit and edge methods. Alignment is difficult for the slit method. The edge method is comparatively easy alignment. By the slit method, it calculated using the synthetic LSF method, and the synthetic LSF method was applied and calculated by the edge method. MTF values were in agreement on below the Nyquist frequency between the slit and edge methods. From this result it will come in useful to use the edge method for measurement of the Presampling MTF.
