This paper proposes an intervention support system between the manufacturing machine and a human for anthropocentric FA systems dealing with feasible human interfaces treating unexpected trouble subjected to variable kind of variable quantity production. In such production, repairing tasks dependent on nondeterministic judgment of humans, are required for raising the restoration capability of the system. We construct the intervention support system using data careers, engineering workstations, the POP system and PLC language. In this system, workers can grasp the situation of the whole system, and the heuristic information provided from the tasks is easily accumulated as the result of experience at the shop-floor level.
