• Now that ultrasonographic examination is available, it is possible and necessary for an obstetrician to detect fetal abnormalities.<BR>This paper presents one case of fetal ovarian cyst that could be found prenatally (34 w. g.) by the ultrasonographic examination. The baby was vaginally delivered smoothly. The right ovarian cyst was removed on the 27th day after delivery. [Adv Obster Gynecol 46(2) : 196-199, 1994 (H6.3)]
