The müllerian adenosarcoma of uterus was recently reported by Clement & Scully (1974) as a kind of mixed müllerian tumor. Histologically the müllerian adenosarcoma was characterized as a mixture of benign epithel and sarcomatous stroma, and clinically it was considered as a low malignant disease only with local recurrence.The müllerian adenosarcoma was found in uterine corpus of a 72-year-old woman complaining genital bleeding. The tumor tissue filled in the uterine cavity and appeared from the uterine cervix as a graywhitish fleshy polypoid mass.In cytologic findings, tumor cells were observed to have little cytoplasm. Their nuclei, which were ovally or fusiformally shaped, were seen to be polymorphia and anisocytosis. Their chromatin were coarse granular. In Histologic findings, a tumor was found to have invaded muscular layer, a tumor was composed of both the epithelial elements, which were made up of the stratified cylindrical and cuboid epithels, and sarcomatous stromal elements, which were made up of various atypical cells with little cytoplasm and fusiform nuclei
