Diagnostic Value of Lower Level Determination of HCG and Hysteroscopy for Ectopic Pregnancy

This presentation defines the value of lower level HCG determination and diagnostic effectiveness of hysteroscopy for ectopic pregnancy. In confirmation of pregnancy, especially atypical ones, usual pregnancy test e.g. Gonavislide, Gonavis, etc. often indicates negative pregnancy. Those negative cases must be further investigated by using a reagent for lower level determination (Hi Gonavis). That is also necessary when we decide the indication of hysteroscopic examination for pregnant patients. And with hysteroscopic findings, e.g. abscence of chorion, decidual-like endometrial hypertrophy etc., we could readily and accurately differentiate ectopic pregnancy from organic lesions and dysfunctional disorders
