A Rare Case of Cervical Polyp in a Young Girl

Recently we encountered the rare case of cervical polyp in a young girl (12-year-old). This patient suffered from hypermenorrhea and irregular menses.We could diagnose accurately before treatment by vaginal examination and hysteroscopy. Polypectomy was performed through hysterotomia anterior. Histological finding was benign adenomatous type of polyp originated from endocervix. Also endometrial hyperplasia was found.After treatment, the patient has been having no symptomes.
