Relations for projective transformation from a plane in air to a plane in water through glass-plate between them are introduced to determine the three dimensional coordinates of points in water photographed with a camera in air. Some limiting values and special forms of those relations are also given for the convenience of the use of a computer.<BR>Tests to examine those relations have been carried out using calibrated non-metric cameras and the water tunnel for flow visualization.The results of the tests show that it is possible to determine the three dimensional coordinate points in water through glass-plate of a water tunnel by using those relations obtained, of the projective transformation with good accuracy.
