We experimentally studied on forward swept blade for micro horizontal axis wind turbine. The wind turbine had a rotor diameter of 0.658m or 0.9m and the turbine was run in either a two-or three-blades configuration. The blades were untwisted, non-taperd or twisted, tapered and set at an optimum pitch angle. The experimental result shows that forward, swept blade is successful for improvement of power coefficient under low tip speed ratio especially.
