A Case of Basal Cell Carcinoma and Trichoblastoma Developed in the Organoid Nevus

A 54-year-old man had a tumor on his right temporal scalp. We diagnosed this case as basal cell carcinoma and trichoblastoma developed in the organoid nevus. Recently, it is reported that the most common basaloid neoplasm occuring in the leision of organoid nevus is trichoblastoma, and malignant neoplasms including basal cell carcinoma are considered to develope quite rarely in organoid nevus. However it is necessary to consider excisioning organoid nevus when a nodule suddenly grows in organoid nevus.
