We have seen a 23-year-old woman presenting with some eruptive angiomas as a rare skin manifestation of Crow-Fukase Syndrome. Those angiomas were noted on trunk. Individual lesions were dome-shaped or pedunculated, 3 to 6mm in diameter, and their color was gray-red to purplish-red. Resection of two eruptions was made for histological evaluation. The specimen from slight-elevated papule, revealed proliferating cells formed irregular narrow vascular luminal spaces in mid- and lower-dermis. Many eosinophilic globules were seen intermingled with proliferating endothelial cells. These globules were spheroid in shape and varied in size. With immunohistochemical method Ig A deposition was demonstrated in the proliferating nest. In the other pedunculated papule, there were only vascular channels with dilated luminal spaces lined by a single layer of flat endothelial cells. No eosinophilic globule was observed in this lesion.<BR>From these findings, we thought those eosinophilic globules had some relation to angiogenesis.
