A 41-year-old man with skin metastasis of Bence Jones protein λ type multiple myeloma was reported. Removable subcutaneous nodules developed on right hypochondrial region and left subclavicular region. A biopsy specimen showed dence infiltration of tumor cells in adipose tissue. lmmunohis topathologically these cells showed only λ chain of γ-globulin in their cytoplasm which was identical to M-protein (serum) and Bence Jones protein (urine). Skin metastasis of multiple myeloma is rare.
