A 55-year-old female, who has worked at a flower-shop for about 30 years, was first seen on the 1st Oct., 1984, because of skin eruptions with severe itchy sensation involving the hands and face. She had been quite healthy until 6 years previously, when she had ecze- matous rashes on the fingers. This skin trouble used to get worse during summer and to improve spontaneously during winter, but has not showed regression and developed to appear also on the face for the past 2 months.<BR>On the clinical examinations including patchtests on her skin, we found that she was sensitive against chrysanthemum-leaf. For the purpose to make her desensitized from the leaf, she was treated by daily oral administration with the leaves (10-20 gramms) in fresh juice for 6 weeks. The well responded clinical results and patchtesting findings obtained on the course of treatment were reported here.
