This paper proposes a mass and energy flow model of hierarchical ecosystems having plural number of species in each level based on a previous model having only one species in each level and maximum entropy principle.We study the relation between hierarchy in energy per unit biomass and mass circulation, i. e., under what conditions of energy per unit biomass hierarchical structure (foodweb) is organized, and also its stability.
