3 Cases of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Lung, Appeared in One Family almost Simultaneously

The hereditary factors influencing to the carcinogenesis in some organs are discussed from time to time but the reports concerning carcinoma of the lung are very rare.<BR>The purpose of this report is to clarify in detail the hereditary factors and the environment in 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung.<BR>These 3 cases were two brothers of 63 years and 62 years old men and a cousin of 60 years old man, who were living in the same village for long time of over 40 years and took ill almost simultaneously.<BR>They may be the interesting cases of bronchogenic carcinoma that seems to havebeen induced by heredity and environment.
