The volumetric behavior (density, specific volume, compressibility), velocity of sound, viscosity, thermal conductivity and dielectric constant of various organic liquids were measured at temperatures from 273 to 373K and pressures up to 300MPa. The methods of measurements for each property and their accuracies were described briefly. Using the experimental results obtained, the effects of temperature, pressure and density on each property were summarized as the general behaviors. The anomalous behaviors in compressibility and viscosity of several aqueous solutions of alcohols were also discussed. The Taittype empirical equation was examined in order to express the effect of pressure on all the properties.
