In this paper, the method to implement knowledge sharing is argued from the view point of "trigger for an action".<BR>Firstly, the process of the flow of knowledge and information through a local office is explained. The practical method to create the flow is suggested and it is applied to knowledge sharing inside a local office as a trial. It is deduced that the key issue of the method is how to trigger off knowledge sharing.<BR>Based on the trial at a local office, it is empirically proved that this method is effective to create practical measures for knowledge sharing, through several meetings during about four months. The key factors to trigger off the implementation are 1) to define essential information clearly that flow inside a local office for its business and 2) to suggest easy solution which may be the first step of knowledge sharing inside that.<BR>The next step of this study will be to pursue speedup of this method and to suggest effective measures to endure knowledge sharing.
