The research of water waves is one of the most classical branches of hydrodynamics. It is 50 years since modern scientific research of ocean waves has been founded on two different pillars, wave spectrum and nonlinear mechanics. In this note, we deal with Freak Wave, which is now popular subject in this field. Freak Wave is a sort of abnormal wave in the ocean, which appears as a majestic feature among the surrounding waves. It is a touchstone to the development of nonlinear stochastic process if we can find the cause of this singular phenomenon.
