The site amplification factors for peak ground acceleration (PGA) and JMA seismic intensity (<I>IJMA</I>) at each observation point was evaluated from earthquake motion records of seismograph network in Ishikawa Prefecture, K-NET and KiK-net. Compared with the site amplification for PGA and <I>IJMA</I>, these show positive correlation. And, the site amplification for<I>IJMA</I> (<I>FI</I>) shows large value in sites where the site amplification factor for PGA<I>FA</I>is small but predominant period of ground (<I>Tg</I>) is long. Next, assuming that<I>FI</I>is expressed as function in terms of<I>FA</I>and<I>Tg</I>, the influence of<I>FA</I>and<I>Tg</I>on<I>FI</I>is is examined by regression analysis. As a result of analysis, it shows that<I>FA</I>highly correlates with<I>FI</I>more than<I>Tg</I>.
