In this paper, the author deals with the limitations of the bending, shear-bending and shear failure from the relation between aid and the coefficient of neutral axis of reinforced concrete beam, on the basis of the properties due to the shear failure of reinforced concrete beam depend upon the some factors such as the yielding stress, ratio of reinforcement, dynamic properties of concrete and loading manners, and proves their by the experiments, and discusses the mechanism of failure in the experiment by vasious loading positions as to the same quantitive main reinforced specimens using of several web reinforcement, searched. the limited conditons of design of web reinforcement, and then proposes the ultimate strength design formulae for general web reinforced rectangular berm.<BR>The experiments have proved that the inclined stirrups are effective by way of the arrangement of reinforcement by the experiments.
