In this paper the authors have presented some physical examples of the zeronon-regular networks, whose zeros exist in the right half-plane, investigated into the influence of theright half zeros in the zero non-regular network on the indicial response and the stability of thesezero non-regular feedback control systems and the effects of the tandem compensation method and theneutralizing compensation method for these feedback control systems, and revealed the followingcharacters. 1. If the number of zeros which exist in right half-plane not including pole isodd, the network exhibits a "reverse reaction". 2. The zero non-regular control system is unstablefor the higher gain, and the pole-zero non-regular control system is generally unstable. 3. Thezero non-regular control system can be compensated by the tandem compensation network, whosetransfer function is K/k·s+kc/s+c·s+d/s+md, if the static error of several percent is permitted. 4. But if the specification requirements for the system is severe, the designermust use the neutralizing compensation method removing the right half zeros to the left half plane to satisfy the requirements.
