The effect of temperature dependent heat sources on heat transfer in the laminar flow over a fiat plate in the presence of suction is examined. Solutions of the energy equation have been obtained for <I>P<SUB>r</SUB></I>=1, valid for values of the suction parameter exceeding 3 and the heat transfer at the wall has been analysed.
