Poor digesion of the blood powder's protein to rats has been wéll proved by numerous investigators, however the blood protein treated by H3PO4 showed wonderfully higher nutritive value than milk casein, as well as the fishmeal.This new chemical treatment of blood protein was brought about through auther's research.
