The value when impact power characteristic (1) was used in impact time impedance measurement showed the evaluation thicker than the calculation value in the measurement survey. It was shown that the reflection wave reached in the impact time according to the difference between propagation distance in impact time calculated at phase velocity and group velocity and round trip distance between excitation point and slab edge in the impact time. The frequency of the reflection wave element was presumed by the frequency characteristic of the vibration velocity by an initial response and the all time response. Finally, it was shown to correspond to the calculation value well by processing the low-pass filter to remove the reflection wave to the time series data when impact power characteristic (1) was made an excitation source, and proposed to introduce the low-pass filter processing.
