The bioassay experiment carried out on the avoidance of byssal thread attaching of two mussels Mytilus galloprovincialis and Perna viridis to hydroxides which was generated by anodic solution method on the surface of mild steel and pure zinc electrodes respectively. The results were obtained to reveal remarkable efficiency which could not help getting out of the attaching on both metal hydroxides because of being extremely soft and easily broken like a clay and sea bottom mud.
