In our college, lots of hour alloted for design & drawing and civil engineering experiments. Then, when the lectures, design & drawing and experiments are unified organically, more efficitent results seem to be expected.<BR>From the point of view, the students have been given lectures since their third year, made to design the single reinforcement rectangular concrete beam specimen in the first semester of their junior year, and lastly made to experiment practically by using the design.<BR>Based on the results practised for the past fifteen years, the results and the problems are reported in this paper.
