概要

• We established a method for the measurement of CK-MB isoenzyme activity, in which anti-CK-M antiserum was used to separate CK-B subunits, and CK activity was determined by initial rate integration analysis of luminescent intensity which was produced by ATP-luciferin-luciferase system.The method is very rapid, highly sensitive and accurate, and the data were correlated well with those obtained by the conventional electrophoretic method.Although a luminometer is needed for the measurement, the method is applicable to routine laboratory use for early detection of minor increase in serum CK-MB.
