The algorithm for the determination of the coordinates of three dimensional curved lines from the information obtained from photographs is described in this paper. The idea of the intersection of surfaces solved the problem that the innumerable points on a curved line could not be identified from the photographs. That is, the coordinates of a curved line are determinated by the idea of the intersection of two conical surfaces, the information of which is obtained as the set of the vectors that are direct to the points on the curved line from the perspective center. For the examination of this algorithm, a large electric computer processed the data obtained from the photographs taken by a simple camera. The result of this calculation demonstrates the validity of the theory, although the indeterminate domain of the curved line still exists.
