In this paper, we proved that the order of entire solutions of the differential equation <I>f</I><SUP>(<I>n</I>)</SUP>−<I>fe</I><SUP><I>Q</I>(<I>z</I>)</SUP>=1 are infinite, where <I>Q</I>(<I>z</I>) is a nonconstant polynomial, and gave some of its applications.
