• By evaluating tapping movement, which requires synthetic movement in both upper and lower limbs, the ability to perform dual-task movement was analyzed using healthy and old subjects and patients with parkinsonism. It was found that patients with Parkinsonism had a difficulty in tapping movement and that the old subjects showed deterioration in synthetic movement compared with the healthy subjects.
