Reinforced earth method used with the geosynthetics and the light weight soil filling method has been widely used for solving problems which occur in case embankment is constructed directory on the soft ground and the slope. Generally, a single method from these two counter measure methods has been chosen depending on the comparison of performance against the demanded characteristic. However, the further cost reduction must be becoming important goal in future construction. Therefore, not only taking a single method, but combined method like reinforced earth method with light weight soil has to be considered to achieve a cost reduction. In this paper, the examples of combined method already constructed and the multiple-purpose mixer possible to move just developed this time shall be reported. Furthermore, the examples and provided features of combined the foam mixed soil with the fiber and the new combined construction method in the future also be added.
