On the Relationship between Temperature-types of Deposits and Distribution of Minor Constituents in Sulfide Minerals

In this paper, the relationship between temperature-types of deposits and the distribution of minor constituents in sulfide minerals was mainly studied with 26 sphalerite specimens taken from both the Chichibu mine, Saitama Prefecture and the Kamioka mine, Gifu Prefecture. Namely, selenium, manganese, cadmium and iron (major component) contents in sphalerites were quantitatively determined by means of chemical methods, and then, a manner of concentration of these four elements was examined through experiments.
