In the proceeding paper the differential equation of ion traj ectory of third order approximation was presented taking the fringing field effect into consideration . The differential equation is solved in this paper, and aberration coefficients are calculated for several angles of central ray to field bounderies on entrance and exit sides, and optimum condition to form second order focus sing image is analyzed. Other characteristics of the trajectory of third order approximation are discussed. These analytical results are written in general forms suitable for direct comparison of performance under some different conditions.
