• Information technology has developed considerably, and this development has resulted in striking changes in the library environment. We should adopt the newly developed electronic networks and make good use of the changes to increase customer satisfaction. We can no longer maintain customer satisfaction at the present level without the support of outsourcing. The feedback system from customers is the most important factor in improving library work.
