• In order to detect vestibular function disorders in 71 tuberculosis patients treated with streptomycin sulfate (SM), questionnaires concerning vestibular dysfunction were asked and tests of vestibular function were performed.1) The Jumbling phenomenon was not observed.2) Bilateral loss of vestibular function was observed in two patients. The reading test during head-shaking, developed by Miyoshi, and the Romberg test were found to be very useful.
