In the field of the mouth and pharynx cavity, we have often met with cases of necrotic ulcer of unknown origin and found it usually very difficult to diagnose and treat these cases.Recently we have experienced and reported a case of a female aged 23 years, who complained of necrotic ulcer in her pharynx and was healed by medical prescription of Ipsilon.1) Patient suffered from the pain in pharynx, the fever, and the necrotic ulcer with white spot in right palate bow and in hypopharynx wall, which made chronic progress in her disease without knowing its origin.2) Histological findings showed the figure of the inflammatory granulation3) Several symptom disappeared rapidly after the therapy with the intravenous injection of Ipsilon, which is anti-plasmin.We have described on the histological findings and the clinical course, and added the discussion to our experience.
